How private is Tadpoles?
All communication is private and secure and only shared with a child's listed guardians. As a director you have full control over who gets to see what.
Where is my data stored and for how long?
All of your data is stored securely in the Tadpoles cloud, which is automatically synchronized with all of your devices and the Tadpoles web site. Your historical data will be kept for 30 days (daily), 1 year (classroom), or 3 years (center) depending on which edition you are using.
What is an "active" student?
Students who are currently enrolled at your center are considered to be active students. Students who are graduated, suspended, etc. do not count toward the total number of active students. A student's status can be changed on the child profile screen.
If you are using the center edition you are billed for each student who is active at least 14 days out of the month.
What additional features are in the center plan?
The ability to move students and collapse classes. Center and classroom visibility. Nightly notifications for student activation and graduation. Report for unscheduled visits.
How does the '30 days free' offer work?
We offer 30 days free for every new paid plan - no credit card required. When your 30 days are almost up we'll send you a reminder to sign up if you wish to continue your paid plan. Otherwise, you'll automatically be downgraded to our free plan.
How do I access Tadpoles?
You can login to Tadpoles in the classroom directly from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. The classroom and center editions also allow you to login to the Tadpoles website for running web reports and managing your center. As a director or owner, you can now have visibility without having to install any software.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade or change monthly and yearly billing cycles at any time. In case of a downgrade or a change from a yearly to monthly cycle, the change will come into effect at the end of the current plan's cycle.
